...Pascal's Bistro, a wonderful new dining experience in the area.

We had a wonderful meal with Jeanne and Dick. The salmon, steak, quail, pheasant were oh, so, superb...

The menu: Vermont sushi, yakitori, miso soup, almond chicken, sauteed pork with oyster sauce, fried rice, vino and cerveza...what was for dessert?

In the middle of the night we took off from Rutland, all 57 or so of us...Vermonters against the war and the surge...our bus from Bristol was even fuled by bio-diesel!
