The Acoustic Planet Tour
featuring
Natalie McMaster,
The Del McCoury Band...
and...
the one...
the only...
Bela Fleck and the Flecktones!
at the beautiful Shelburne Farms grounds
it rained all the way up to Shelburne Farms, but the weather broke and cooperated for the concert. A beautiful evening of the sounds of Cape Breton, Nashville, and the future of jazz. A wonderful concert! Fabulous, all of them!!!

Visiting NYC and its Public Library...

Saw the "French Authors and Artists" exhibit that displayed the relationship between writers and those who illustrated their works. From the French Baroque era to Dada-ism to the Present, French writers and their artists had a strong influence on each other. There were Picassos, Mondrians, among the many book pieces. A transforming show.

And the Library itself is astounding! No wonder Al Mahan makes it a point to go to the NYC Public Library wherever he is in town!

Enjoy!
