Our guests today had a lovely breakfast consisting of Karen's yummy apricot and cream cheese scones along with healthy apple flax pancakes, poached eggs and turkey bacon, of course! Honeydew melon, orange juice and Green Mountain Coffee Roasters Cinnamon Cream Swirl coffee completed the morning meal. Kudos to the "great tasting scones and the beautiful presentation" according to Mrs. R!
